Our full body dry white wine is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Tishbi Estate Vineyards and harvested by hand. Our Chardonnay carries the exotic aromas of apricot, melon and peaches. The wine undergoes a process of slow fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel vats and small oak casks, to impart a rich bouquet of vanilla, caramel and honey.
