Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard Kerem Ben Zimra 2002
A deeply fruity, full bodied and well balanced dry red wine, made of grapes grown in the upper Galilee. This Special Reserve wine was treated to extra aging in French oak barrels for 18 months. It has complex aromas of ripe blackberry, blueberry, dry herbs and a hint of vanilla, chocolate and coffee. On the palate the wine's flavor linger.
Merlot Gush Etzion & Kfar Yuval 2002
This very well balanced supple Special Reserve wine is an interesting blend of the most northern and eastern vineyards in Israel. It has a distinctive aroma of ripe black and red berries and plum integrated with delicate oak flavors. It has soft round tannins. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
Chardonnay Single Vineyard Gush Etzion 2004
Our full bodied dry white Special Reserve is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Gush Etzion vineyards and harvested by hand. Our Chardonnay carries the exotic aromas of apricot, melon and peaches. The wine undergoes a process of slow fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel vats and small oak casks, to impart a rich bouquet of vanilla, caramel and honey.

These premium label wines are made from the best grapes of our home vineyards, blended with selected lots of our high altitude "Reserve" vineyards for exceptional consistency and distinctive style.
Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2002
Our Cabernet Sauvignon displays an elegant body and a wide range of flavors and aromas including forest berries, plums, blackberries, cloves and just a hint of cedar. This unfiltered wine exudes a subtle earthiness and has a long finish. The wine is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, aged together in oak barrels for a period of 12 months.
Estate Merlot 2001
Our rich Merlot displays a wide range of elegant flavors including forest berries, plums, cassis, dark chocolate and a toasty aroma derived from the oak barrels in which it is aged. The wine is blended with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in order to create a perfect balance of flavors.
Estate Pinot Noir 2004
This Pinot Noir displays the subtle aromas of strawberries, cherries and plums and an elegant bouquet of coffee beans and mocha derived from the French oak barrels in which it is aged. It enjoys a velvety texture and provides a perfect balance between nose and palette and a soft, subtle aftertaste.
Estate White Riesling 2004
This elegant white Riesling displays the aromas of citrus, lychee, honey, dried apricots, young peaches and melon. The wine is round, subtle and elegant with a long spicy lingering finish and just a hint of bitterness.
Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2004
Medium bodied white wine made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in two different regions. This year, the wine displays the wonderful array of flavors and aromas of grapefruit, citrus, guava and pineapple. A hint of grassiness completes this elegant balance. Our Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a low temperature to extract the grape’s unique fruity aromas.

Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
This red, young and fruity wine was created entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The result is a rich yet soft and delicate wine. Thus it can be presently enjoyed.
Vineyards Merlot 2004
This red, dark-colored, young and fruity wine was blended with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is balanced and round, and displays fresh raspberry and strawberry flavors, and a hint of spices. It can either age, or presently be enjoyed.
Vineyards Muscat Sweet Red Wine 2004
This prime red desert wine is created from Hamburg Muscat grapes enriched with our famous brandy. It is sweet yet delicate, thick yet light. This wine reveals a silky texture, rich flavor and fruity aroma. It is an excellent companion to goose liver, and to a wide variety of deserts.
TISHBI BRUT
Tishbi Brut is a sparkling dry white wine produced of French Colombard grapes in a traditional champagne method. The wine is fruity, delicate and elegant.

Tishbi Cabernet Petite Sirah 2005
This young, refreshing wine is made of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah grapes. Fruity and fresh, it carries an aroma of strawberries and herbs.
Tishbi Sauvignon Blanc 2005
This crisp dry white wine was made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is rich in herbal aromas and fruity flavors.
Tishbi French Colombard 2005

JONATHAN TISHBI RESERVE BRANDY
The Jonathan Tishbi Reserve Brandy is a source of great pride for the Tishbi family. This award winning full-bodied brandy is distilled in a Remy Martin original charentais alembic, manufactured in 1912. Produced from the finest Colombard grapes, this cognac-style brandy is aged in 300 liter French limousine oak barrels for 12 years and has an additional aging potential of 16 years, when stored well. The result is a beautifully golden rich and smooth experience of oak and vanilla overtones, blended with delicate floral and hazelnut scents.
Winner of the Gold Medal and the "Domecq" Trophy for the "Best Brandy Worldwide" in the 1996 International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC), Silver Medal in the 1997 Vinexpo and Silver Medal in the 2001 IWSC in London.
